Hi!

My name is Derek Close. I've been playing bass for 17 years and have loved every minute of it. Originally from the Seattle area I've played in a number of bands: Noize, Critical Mass, My Cat Puddinhead, Judah & About This Big. I even had the opportunity to sit in for an outdoor gig with <a href="http://www.globalwarning.org" target="new">Global Warning</a>. Over the past 7 years I've had the honor of laying down tracks here and there for <a href="http:www.nathancreek.net" target=new">Nathan Creek</a>.

Currently I'm working on my own music and may be getting a band project going this Spring. I also play with the morning worship team at my church <a href="http://www.kalispellchristiancenter.com" target="new">Christian Center</a>.

Christ has been a HUGE part of my life since around '84 or '85. I've been a Christian most of my life but it wasn't until High School that the Holy Spirit hit me like a ton of bricks. I've been trying to follow the Lord ever since.
